These dataset contain supplementary data supporting the analyses for the publication “Telesca et al. (2020) A century of coping with environmental and ecological changes via compensatory biomineralization in mussels. Global Change Biology” https://doi.org/10.1111/gcb.15417 1) Raw data (.rda, 1 file) for geometric morphometrics analyses with the Momocs (Bonhomme et al. 2014, J Stat Softw, DOI: 10.18637/jss.v056.i13) package with the R software; 2) Raw data (.csv, 7 files) for analysis of environmental parameters, predator abundance and mussel shell traits; Data were collected as part of the EU Marie Curie programme, Calcium in a Changing Environment – Initial Training Networks (CACHE-ITN). Reports can be read with any PDF-reader. Raw .csv data can be opened using Microsoft Excel, text editors, or the R software. Raw .rda data can be accessed using the Momocs (Bonhomme et al. 2014, J Stat Softw, DOI: 10.18637/jss.v056.i13) package with the R software.
