资源简介:
The files provided contain the data used to generate all results in the paper: Barnes et al. "Biodiversity enhances the multi-trophic control of arthropod herbivory". These files can be used in conjunction with the provided R scripts (DOI 10.6084/m9.figshare.12909962) to reproduce the results.
Four data files are provided:"Cedar Creek arthropod data.csv": Arthropod data, aggregated at the functional feeding group-level, from the plots of the Cedar Creek Big Bio experiment."Jena Experiment arthropod data.csv": Arthropod data, aggregated at the functional feeding group-level, from the plots of the Jena Experiment."CC_Metaweb matrix.csv": The meta food web from the Cedar Creek Big Bio experiment (see Table S1 for details)."JE_Metaweb matrix.csv": The meta food web from the Jena Experiment (see Table S1 for details). The data structure for arthropod data files and meta web matrices between the two biodiversity experiments is identical.
More information on these datasets can be found in the "Barnes_et_al_metadata.xlsx" file, and in the Methods and Supplementary Information of the paper.
