This dataset comprises the in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) components of ATQA signals acquired using an NI PXIe-5641R software-defined radio configured as the Proximity Coupling Device (PCD) in accordance with the ISO\/IEC 14443 Type A protocol. The signals are sampled at 12.5M samples\/s with a subcarrier frequency of 847.5 kHz. 6 groups of Proximity Integrated Circuit Cards (PICCs) from different vendors are included (categorized each group with alphabet from A to F), with 6 PICCs per group (using index from 1 to 6 to indicate), yielding a total of 36 PICCs. For each PICC, ATQA signals are collected at 21 PCD-PICC physical gaps ranging from 0 cm to 2 cm in 0.1 cm increments. At each physical gap, 12,000 samples are recorded, resulting in a total of 9.072 million samples in the dataset. PICCs of group B, C, E are ordered from Winso company and A, D, F are purchased from commercial market in Taiwan. The chip of A is MiFare MF1; B is NTAG 213; C and D are NTAG 215; E and F are S50.
