This dataset contains processed and annotated data supporting the correlative light and focused ion beam-scanning electron microscopy (CLEM/FIB-SEM) analysis presented in Filopodia-mediated trans-endocytosis. The deposit includes: A representative example of the correlation between Airyscan fluorescence microscopy and the corresponding FIB-SEM volume; manual segmentation of the cell–cell interface; manual segmentation of individual intercellular filopodia; and segmentation of MYO10HMM-GFP-correlated puncta. The dataset complements the complete raw paired Airyscan fluorescence and FIB-SEM volumes available separately on Zenodo (10.5281/zenodo.23930009).
