C.elegans cell tracking with gene expression

Dataset of C. elegans embryonic development where cell tracks and positions are available together with gene expression of 204 genes. This dataset is the combination of the cell position tracking from Systems Properties and Spatiotemporal Regulation of Cell Position Variability during Embryogenesis, Li, Xiaoyu et al. Cell Reports, Volume 26, Issue 2, 313 - 321.e7 and gene expression data from Ma, X., Zhao, Z., Xiao, L. et al. A 4D single-cell protein atlas of transcription factors delineates spatiotemporal patterning during embryogenesis. Nat Methods 18, 893–902 (2021). This is to be used in napari with the napari-relax plugin
