The dataset contains alls data necessary to train a prototype of the SynCast Model developed within the AI Center of Deutscher Wetterdienst.The dataset contains the gridded forecasts of U and V wind fields at approximately 100m height of the ICON global model of DWD, comprising different resolutions and forecast lead times. Furthermore it contains radiosonde observation in feedback file format from the global EnVAR data assimilation system of Deutscher Wetterdienst.
