vNOTES Versus Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy: A Randomized Controlled Trial

This dataset contains anonymized data from a prospective randomized controlled trial comparing transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) and total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH). The dataset includes demographic characteristics (age, BMI, ASA physical status), perioperative variables, postoperative pain scores (Numeric Rating Scale at 12 and 24 hours), opioid consumption, recovery parameters (time to mobilization, time to first flatus, length of hospital stay), and patient-reported outcomes including the Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15) and Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS). Hemoglobin changes, postoperative complications (including nausea, vomiting, shoulder pain, and respiratory symptoms), and other clinical outcomes are also provided. All data have been fully anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is included. This dataset is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the study findings.
