We used target-capture to sequence a subset of the aye-aye genome, including regions of the Y-chromosome. The aims of this sequencing project were to sequence regions of the Y-chromosome to identify genomic signatures of sex-bias in dispersal in aye-ayes across Madagascar. We sequenced regions of the nuclear genome to assess aye-aye population structure and phylogeography.
