Resveratrol prevents corneal allograft rejection in the rat cornea

Rat corneal allograft rejection models were established to investigate the effects and mechanisms of resveratrol on corneal allograft rejection after corneal transplantation. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the rat corneas of the control group and the resveratrol group after corneal transplantation,including a total of 6 samples, each with 3 duplicate samples.
