Dataset contains DNA alignments used for phylogenetic analysis and molecular diagnosis, and tree files obtained from phylogenetic analysis; as well as an Excel table with sequnces, GenBank accession numbers and sample metadata, and soundfiles of representative cuts of the advertisement calls of the focal taxa in .wav format.
