Data for "Heterogeneous estimations of non-pharmaceutical mitigation behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic"

This dataset contains estimates of COVID mitigation behavior used in the publication ``Heterogeneous estimations of non-pharmaceutical mitigation behavior during the COVID pandemic" (LA-UR-25-23278). The estimates are organized in a multi-column CSV where each row describes the number of individuals in a demographic profile (age and sex) that reside in a county on a specified date (monthly between September 2020 and June 2022), in addition to the percent of those individuals that uptake a mitigation behavior. The behaviors include: wearing a mask in public, avoiding others in public, using public transportation, spending time with others outside ones home, and going to work outside ones home. In total the file contains 968,044 rows and 11 columns.
