Evaluate the morphology of extracellular Toxoplasma parasites using imaging flow cytometry (ImageStream). The six strains include wild-type, IMC6 knockout, complemented with full-length or three different truncated versions of IMC6. Samples were prepared by fixing extracellular parasites with paraformaldehyde and staining with a peripheral membrane marker. Each image was taken with brightfield and AF488 channels.
