<b>More than Just p-Values: Minimal Clinically Important Difference for the Visual Analog Scale, Menstrual Symptom Questionnaire, and Functional and Emotional Measure of Dysmenorrhea in Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea</b>

This dataset was collected as part of the study titled "More than Just p-Values: Minimal Clinically Important Difference for the Visual Analog Scale, Menstrual Symptom Questionnaire, and Functional and Emotional Measure of Dysmenorrhea in Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea" and includes data from patients with primary dysmenorrhea (PwPD) between January 15 and July 31, 2025. The data were collected using several clinical measurement tools, including the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Menstrual Symptom Questionnaire (MSQ), Functional and Emotional Measure of Dysmenorrhea (FEMD), and Global Rating Change (GRC).The dataset contains variables such as age, body mass index (BMI), age of menarche, cycles length, amount of bleeding, and other clinical outcome measures. This study aims to assess the responsiveness of these scales and to determine their Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID) values at two different time points: during the 2nd menstrual cycle and during the 3rd menstrual cycle.The data is provided in SPSS .sav format and can be used for secondary purposes, such as creating meta-analyses.The dataset is not publicly available but can be requested from the corresponding author for legitimate research purposes.
