Haloptilus longicornis - RADSeq raw sequence reads

This submission consists of reduced representation genomic data for three potentially different clades of Haloptilus longicornis in the Atlantic Ocean, here designated halo1, halo 2, halo 3. Specimens were collected from five locations in the Atlantic Basin during the Atlantic Meridional Transect cruise in 2010 (AMT20). Individuals from each putative clade (based on mitochondrial DNA sequences and microsatellite genotypes) were pooled in the EzRAD RADseq libraries: 81 individuals were pooled for the halo1 library, 20 individuals were pooled for the halo2 data, and 12 individuals were pooled for the halo3 data. Our research goals were to examine genomic divergence and species boundaries in these genetically-distinct, globally distributed and sympatric plankton populations.
