Study on the Migration Mechanism of Antibiotic Resistance Genes during the Biodegradation of Antibiotics in Biofilm-Sediment Systems

Using metagenomic sequencing to investigate the dynamic characteristics and interrelationships of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), antibiotics, and bacterial communities over time during the biodegradation of antibiotics in biofilm-sediment systems, and to reveal the main driving factors leading to the migration of ARGs.
