Morphometric dataset of Trachemys medemi

This dataset contains linear and geometric morphometric data supporting the manuscript “Body size and shape variability of the endemic and endangered Atrato River Turtle, Trachemys medemi”. The dataset includes individual-level morphometric measurements and geometric morphometric data for multiple anatomical structures. Due to conservation concerns, precise geographic coordinates are not included. Occurrence data are available through SiB Colombia.
