Equine Herpesvirus Transcriptome was sequenced on Oxford Nanopore MinION device in different time points of infections. polyA-selected RNA was isolated by Macherey Nagel RNA Nucleospin kit and dcDNA library was prepared with the SQK-LSK109 kit. dRNA and Terminator treated RNA of mixed samples were also sequenced. The uploaded gziped files are .fastq files containing viral and host reads.
