The Nested Selection Model: Resolving the Hard Problem of Consciousness via the 14-Point Sovereign Step Chain

This paper introduces the Nested Selection Model, a recursive framework that resolves the conflict between Integrated Information Theory (IIT) and Global Neuronal Workspace (GNW). By applying the Visual Merge methodology and the 14-point Step Chain [-3 to 5b], we define consciousness as the Selection Rate of recursive patterns within a Sovereign Workspace.
