"UZBEKISTAN - 2030" STRATEGY FOR MANAGEMENT OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MIGRATION

This article analyzes the priority areas of internal and external migration management within the framework of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy. The idea of considering labor migration not only as a demographic flow, but also as a strategic factor of economic growth, human capital development and international cooperation is at the core. The article discusses planned measures to encourage legal labor migration, fully digitize migration services, create a network of “Labor Migration Academy”, and strengthen the system of work with consular and diaspora. The circular migration model, economic and social reintegration of returning migrants, and comprehensive assistance programs for migrant families are also analyzed, highlighting their role in increasing the competitiveness of the national economy and ensuring the well-being of citizens. According to the results obtained, the implementation of migration policy based on a people-centered, systematic and multifaceted approach is an important factor in achieving the goals of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy.
