NutriNet: crop-level nutrient amounts
收藏资源简介:
These data contain 1,017,887 records of the available amount of a nutrient (kg) per crop per year in a given country. These data are generated by combing two publicly available databases: 1) crop supply data from the Statistics Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAOSTAT) and 2) crop-specific nutrient content estimates from the Global Expanded Nutrient Supply (GENuS). These data cover 210 existing and former countries for the years 1980-2020, with country-specific periods of missing data. These data provide information on the level of nutrients available for three crop supply sources: production in country (FAOSTAT/Production/Crop and livestock products/Yield data), imports (FAOSTAT/Trade/Crop and livestock products/Import quantity), and exports (FAOSTAT/Trade/Crop and livestock products/Export quantity).
