Data of pathological narcissism and internet gaming disorder

1. File Overview
This repository contains the dataset and analytical code used in the study.
1_Full_Sample_SEM.inp: Mplus code for the serial mediation model on the total sample.

2_Multigroup_Wald_Test.inp: Mplus code for testing gender differences in structural paths using Wald Chi-Square tests.

3_Multigroup_Indirect_Effects.inp: Mplus code for estimating gender-specific indirect effects with bias-corrected bootstrapping (generates results for Figure 3).

2. Data Structure (data25.csv)
The dataset is provided in CSV format without a header row, following standard Mplus requirements.

Sample Size: N = 1,392

Missing Values: [No missing values]

Variable Order (Column Mapping): The columns in the CSV file correspond strictly to the NAMES ARE command in the Mplus input file:
