Transcriptome profiling of HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast cells treated with LPS and Amuc_1100

To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of Amuc_1100 on trophoblast function, RNA sequencing was performed on human trophoblast HTR-8/SVneo cells treated with 200 ng/mL LPS or co-treated with 200 ng/mL LPS and 1000 ng/mL Amuc_1100 for 24 h. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent, and libraries were constructed using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Prep Kit (Illumina, USA). Sequencing was conducted on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (paired-end, 150 bp).
