Transcriptional landscape of different brain regions in a Rett syndrome mouse model

We propose to investigate differential gene expression in Hippocampus and Frontal cortex of MeCP2 knock-out to gain more resolution on transcriptomic changes that occur in the Rett syndrome mouse model. Sequencing of RNA from Hippocampus and Frontal Cortex pool samples of MeCP2 knock-out and wild-type mice.本研究旨在探究MeCP2敲除（MeCP2 knock-out）小鼠海马体（Hippocampus）与前额叶皮层（Frontal cortex）中的差异基因表达（differential gene expression），以更精准地解析雷特综合征（Rett syndrome）小鼠模型中发生的转录组变化（transcriptomic changes）。本研究对MeCP2敲除与野生型（wild-type）小鼠的海马体及前额叶皮层混合样本的RNA（核糖核酸）进行测序。
