Automated Raman Spectroscopy Analysis for Zircon Radiation Damage Assessment: A Comprehensive Toolkit
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains Raman spectroscopy measurements from a zircon (ZrSiO₄) specimen collected for structural characterization studies. The data covers a broad spectral region from 101-1020 cm⁻¹, encompassing multiple vibrational modes including very low-frequency modes, external lattice modes, and internal SiO₄ tetrahedral modes. The dataset includes 101 individual Raman spectra with 999 data points each, organized in a unified CSV matrix format. This spectral range covers important zircon vibrational modes: external modes (~200-350 cm⁻¹), SiO₄ bending modes (~430-450 cm⁻¹), and SiO₄ stretching modes (~965-1020 cm⁻¹). The measurements provide comprehensive spectroscopic data for crystallographic analysis, contributing to the understanding of zircon vibrational properties and structural characteristics. This dataset supports research in mineralogy, geochemistry, and crystallography applications. Data collected at Federal University of São Carlos - Sorocaba Campus under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Airton Natanael Coelho Dias. Keywords: zircon, Raman spectroscopy, vibrational modes, structural characterization, mineralogy, crystallography
