Draft genome of the fungus-growing termite pathogenic fungi Ophiocordyceps bispora. Ophicordyceps bispora draft genome

Here we present a partial and draft genome of Ophiocordyceps bispora. The sequenced fungus was isolated from dead termite alates collected in Kenya in 1993. The availability of these genome sequences will, for the first time, allow futures genomic analyses of an entomopathogen of fungus-farming social insects.
