To study the TCR signaling intergrated by calcium/NFAT and PKC/NF-kB pathways, we conducted RNA-seq and ATAC-seq of jurkat-T cells 4 hours activated by anti-CD3& anti-CD28 antibodies, PMA, Ionomycin, or PMA& Ionomycin. RNA-seq data of anti-CD19-CAR-Jurkat-T cells were also used for understanding the role of combined activation of calcium/NFAT and PKC/NF-kB pathways during CAR signaling.
