Dataset and code for SCPN

Modeling cellular dynamics from single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data is critical for understanding cell development and underlying gene regulatory relationships. Our recent work introduces single-cell Piecewise Network (scPN), a novel dynamical modeling framework that simultaneously infers pseudotime, velocity fields, and gene interaction networks, particularly in multi-branch differentiation scenarios. This repository provides the datasets and runnable code used in the study: Datasets: Gastrulation Oligolite Dentate Gyrus Code: Scripts to reproduce the results and implement the scPN algorithm. The resources here enable researchers to explore scPN, validate our findings, and apply the method to their own scRNA-seq data.
