Hibernation energetics of the free-ranging greater mouse-eared bats (Myotis myotis)

The dataset contains detailed information about the individual arousals that were analysed, i.e. which type was normothermic/cold, the order of the arousal (total events), the maximum temperature during the arousal Tmax, the temperature difference from Ta (Tdiff) in °C, the cumulative temperature change for successive arousals (Cum Tdiff), the duration of the warming, euthermy and cooling phases in minutes, the total arousal time (cum. duration), total fat loss (cum fat), order of arousal day from start of observation (Julian day), order of week, sex, estimate of age of individual, pre-hibernation body mass (in mass) in grams, post-hibernation body mass (end mass) and difference in body mass (mass loss).
