The series is the working papers of the Sydney Opera House Executive Committee and the Sydney Opera House Trust.The initial ad hoc arrangement of the loose papers resulted in them being bundled together in chronological order. Each annual bundle is arranged chronologically.The scope of the series is quite wide and includes correspondence, reports from contractors, copies of agenda and minutes, draft copies of the international design competition programme and other working documentation.The physical format of the series varies depending on the content but each annual bundle has been placed in a white folder and tied.
