This study was designed to investigate the distribution of and cellular response to erlotinib, an EGFR inhibitor, in a patient-derived xenograft model of GBM. Mice were injected with GBM12 cells in either the flank or orthotopic region (intracranial). Mice were dosed with vehicle (placebo) or Erlotinib (a single dose of 5, 33 or 100 mg/kg via oral gavage) and sacrificed after two hours post-dose. mRNA sequencing data were obtained to correlate transcriptional response.
