K562 cells were sorted based on MFI onto slides for imaging correlation of BCR mRNA expression. Conclusion: BCR mRNA expression was well correlated between MFI (flow) and spot count (imaging) for all gates (High, mid, low, negative). Notes: Detection of Low Abundance RNA Molecules in Individual Cells by Flow Cytometry Figure 5e Instrument was setup with CST in FACSDiva software.
