资源简介:
Male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided into normal group (Control), peritoneum fibrosis group (PF) and 1,25-(OH)2D3 therapy group (VitD3). The model of PF rats were induced by daily intraperitoneally injection of chlorhexidine gluconate (CG) for 4 wk. Rats in VitD3 group were also treated with calcitriol (i.p. 6ng/100g*d). The peritoneal transport function and morphological changes were observed using microscopy following hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and Masson staining. The experimental data was analyzed by using SPSS statistical software (SPSS Inc.). All values are presented as means±SD. Multiple group comparison was performed by one-way ANOVA followed by the Turkey’s HSD for comparison of means. Pearson correlation analysis were performed to explore the relationship of CTGF/HSP47 axis with peritoneal fibrosis. Values of P<0.05 were considered to be statistically significant.
