畜禽遗传资源状况数据库(山羊)

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。
我国养羊生产逐步由毛用向肉毛兼用和肉用方向发展，采用的杂交组合方式很多，多以外血种公羊作为第一父本或终端父本，以国内地方品种羊作母本，以获得较好的杂种肉羊。本数据集提供了我国50个山羊品种的产地（或分布）、调查数量、主要特性以及图片信息，其中包括地方品种43个、培育品种4个和引入品种3个。

This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). The goat production industry in China has gradually shifted from wool-only production to dual-purpose (wool and meat) and meat-only production. A wide range of crossbreeding strategies are adopted, where foreign breed rams are mostly utilized as the first paternal parent or terminal paternal parent, paired with indigenous domestic goat breeds as maternal parents to produce high-quality crossbred meat goats. This dataset provides information on the origin (or distribution), survey population size, main characteristics, and images of 50 goat breeds in China, comprising 43 indigenous breeds, 4 cultivated breeds, and 3 introduced breeds.
