Comparative transcriptome of gill tissues exposed to different time-span of anaerobic environment (out of water) in Chinese mitten crab

In this study, comparative transcriptome was conducted among gill tissues collected fromE. sinensis exposed to different time-span of anaerobic environment (out of water). The aim of this study is to depict the expression profiles of gill under hypoxia environment, identify essential functional genes that may play important roles in respiration out of water, and provide guidance for E. sinensis commercial transportation in future.
