资源简介:
The presence of toxics in the environment due to the absence of good agricultural practices puts inhabitants’ health at risk by contaminating crops. Chlorpyrifos is an organophosphorus insecticide used to control pests by inhibiting the acetylcholinesterase necessary for nerve impulse transmission. In humans it affects the central nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, immune and reproductive systems, causing 200,000 deaths a year. In Jujuy, pesticide residues were detected in vegetables and fruits. Therefore, emphasis has been placed on bioremediation, since the use of chlorpyrifos degrading microorganisms is an eco-friendly alternative for the treatment of contaminated sites. Another alternative is the use of Advanced Oxidation Technology or Processes, which destroy pollutants by altering their structure by oxide-reduction processes. Chlorpyrifos degrading native rhizobacteria will be taxonomically characterized and the chlorpyrifos degrading genes will be identified. The degradation capacity of the chlorpyrifos of the microorganisms, the effect of a bioproduct on the chlorpyrifos degrading capacity of rhizobacteria and the effect of detoxification of the bioproduct on the degradation of the chlorpyrifos will be evaluated and the synergy between rhizobacteria and the bioproduct to degrade chlorpyrifos and to increase plant metabolism will be studied.
