This study utilized dorsal skin tissues from 3 wild-type (WT) mice and 3 S100A10 knockout (KO) mice following imiquimod (IMQ)-induced stimulation. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to obtain raw transcriptomic data comparing gene expression profiles between the two genotypes under IMQ-treated conditions.
