Supporting files for BRTSim_MICPv1 modelling and calibration

This directory contains all files required for running the full-scale BRTSim-MICPv1 calibration tests described in the manuscript "Mechanistic modelling of soil inorganic carbon dynamics in controlled experiments". It further also includes the BRTSim param.inp files of the optimal parameters found during the calibration process and those used for the validation runs.Calibration requires a high level of parallelization to speed up the process. Therefore, the files are created to be run in a Linux environment, but should also work for Windows. The data extraction executable was produced using MATLAB 2024a and is provided both for Windows and Linux, with the param.tpl files have the Linux version set to run by default.See the Info.txt file for more details on the content of each folder!
