To investigate the alternative splicing events of lignocellulose-degrading enzyme genes in A. niger CBS513.88, two culture conditions were performed: growth medium with glucose as a sole carbon source (named G group) and enzyme-producing medium with wheat straw as a sole carbon source (named WS group). RNA-seq analysis was performed on both groups of mycelium.
