通过对美丽家族抖音号每日直播中的成交金额、直播间曝光人数等数据进行收集整理,分析美丽家抖音直播平台的成交金额与直播间曝光人数、观看人数、成交人数、新客数、新增粉丝数和时长之间的关联度,找出影响销售的高度关联的直播数据,及时调整直播营销方案,总结出直播流量对销售数据的影响,也为其他商家在电商平台直播带货流量推广等提供一定的参考意义。1、数据收集与整理:利用抖音创作者中心对数据进行收集与整理;2、数据处理:利用EViews软件,设定多元线性回归模型,Y=β0+β1X1+β2X2+β3X3+β4X4+β5X5+β6X6,其中Y为成交金额,X1为直播间曝光人数,X2为观看人数,X3为成交人数,X4为新客数,X5为新增粉丝数,X6为人均观看时长,β0为截距项,β1-β6为其X1-X6的系数,通过OLS估计得出回归分析模型:Y=-11744.14+0.173864X1-1.048789X2+17.88283X3-340.9866X4+22.07659X5-1.357064X6,再对模型存在多重共线性进行修正,逐步回归通过t检验和F检验,达到最优拟合程度的回归模型:Y=-18457.61+0.155129X1+16.35759X3-343.2926X4;3、数据分析:通过最优模型分析出最具关联度的直播数据变化对其成交金额的影响,及时改变直播推广的手段,更新营销模式;4、数据应用:做好关联度高的直播数据,让流量得以推广,促进顾客的购买欲望,使得公司的营销模式多样化发展,提高产品的销售额。
This dataset is collected and organized from daily live streaming data of the Meili Family Douyin account, including transaction amount, number of live stream exposures and other metrics. The study aims to analyze the correlation between transaction amount on the Meili Family Douyin live streaming platform and multiple indicators including number of live stream exposures, number of viewers, number of buyers, number of new customers, number of new followers and average watch duration. By identifying highly correlated live streaming data that affects sales, the study can timely adjust live streaming marketing plans, summarize the impact of live streaming traffic on sales data, and provide reference for other merchants in terms of traffic promotion for live streaming commerce on e-commerce platforms.
1. Data Collection and Organization: Data was collected and organized via the Douyin Creator Center.
2. Data Processing: EViews software was used to establish a multiple linear regression model: Y=β0+β1X1+β2X2+β3X3+β4X4+β5X5+β6X6, where Y represents transaction amount, X1 represents number of live stream exposures, X2 represents number of viewers, X3 represents number of buyers, X4 represents number of new customers, X5 represents number of new followers, X6 represents average watch duration, β0 is the intercept term, and β1~β6 are the coefficients of the corresponding independent variables respectively. The regression analysis model obtained through Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) estimation is: Y=-11744.14+0.173864X1-1.048789X2+17.88283X3-340.9866X4+22.07659X5-1.357064X6. Then, multicollinearity in the model was corrected, and stepwise regression was conducted via t-test and F-test to obtain the regression model with optimal goodness of fit: Y=-18457.61+0.155129X1+16.35759X3-343.2926X4.
3. Data Analysis: The optimal regression model was employed to analyze the impact of changes in highly correlated live streaming metrics on transaction amount, enabling timely adjustments to live streaming promotion tactics and updates to marketing models.
4. Data Application: Optimizing high-correlation live streaming metrics can facilitate traffic promotion, enhance customers' purchase intention, diversify the company's marketing models, and improve product sales revenue.
