Translation and cultural adaptation of the Attachment Story Completion Task (ASCT) in Mexican preschoolers

This dataset contains anonymized data and supplementary materials derived from the study “Assessment of attachment in Mexican preschoolers: adaptation of the Attachment Story Completion Task.” The project aimed to adapt and validate the ASCT for use in Mexican preschool populations, ensuring linguistic, conceptual, and cultural equivalence with the original instrument. Materials include the expert committee’s evaluations form, ASCT mexican version, pilot testing results and descriptive statistics for the adapted version. All personal identifiers have been removed to preserve participant confidentiality.
