资源简介:

This archive contains the primary data, derived tables, analysis code and figures supporting the study "Layer-specific deoxygenation under compound climate extremes: truncated chlorophyll-layer oxygen signals and ventilation–isolation control of deep-water hypoxia" (Li & Xu, Global Change Biology). Data (data/, ten Excel workbooks). Profiles of dissolved oxygen, temperature, chlorophyll a, turbidity, fDOM (fluorescent dissolved organic matter) and Secchi depth from four stations in Qiandaohu Reservoir, China (Dabaqian, Jiekou, Santandao, Xiaojinshan), June–November 2017–2025, together with daily maximum temperature and rainfall, wind speed and sunshine hours, and reservoir water level and inflow–release discharge over the same period. Derived tables (results/, 28 CSV files). The tables printed in the article and its supplement (Tables 1, 2 and S1–S18, including the panel tables of S3), one file per printed table. Analysis code (code/, 15 Python scripts). The panel-construction pipeline, the fixed-effects estimators behind Tables 1, 2 and S1–S18, the boundary and robustness tests, and the figure drivers. Package versions are pinned in code/requirements.txt. Intermediate files and provenance. cache/ holds the intermediate pickles the pipeline builds; logs/ holds the console output of the archived runs; upstream_original_v0/ holds the authors' working versions of six pipeline scripts, with personal file paths replaced by placeholders. Figures (figures/). The nine main figures and seven supplement figures at print resolution, plus two figures written directly by the archived code. Documentation. README.md describes the layout and how to rerun the pipeline; DATA_DICTIONARY.md defines every column; MANIFEST.md lists all files with sizes; REPRODUCIBILITY.md records, table by table, which printed values reproduce from this archive and where recomputation differs from the printed values; CHECKSUMS.sha256 covers every file (verify with sha256sum -c CHECKSUMS.sha256). Access and licence. The record is under restricted access during peer review; editors and reviewers receive a private link, and other readers may request access from the corresponding author. The record is released publicly upon publication. Zenodo stores one licence per record: the data, tables and figures are CC BY 4.0; the code (code/ and upstream_original_v0/) is MIT.
