Gut microbiota responds rapidly to dietary change. The study aims to investigate the effect of fasting-mimicking diet on gut microbiota in colorectal cancer mice model. We collected the faecal samples from mice at the end of the FMD cycles, and performed 16S rRNA sequencing on faecal sample.
