Response of Wheat Growth and Soil Microbial Communities in Oasis Croplands to the Addition of Commercial Organic Fertilizers and the Incorporation of Soybean Green Manure Raw sequence reads

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of wheat growth and rhizosphere soil under the combined conditions of commercial organic fertilizer and soybean green manure. The main objectives were: (1) to study the effects of this measure on wheat growth, quantifying dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake; (2) to investigate changes in soil physicochemical factors; (3) to elucidate the response characteristics of wheat rhizosphere soil microbial community composition and structure to this measure and its relationship with environmental factors. This study aims to provide valuable insights for integrated land use and fertilizer management techniques in oasis wheat fields, aiming to improve soil health and promote crop growth.
