This dataset contains the public documentary evidence supporting the SSRN working paper "A Hypothesis of Regulatory Capture in Japan: Parallel Non-Disclosure by a Securities Supervisor and the National Police in a Whistleblower Case Involving the NTT Group". The bundle includes official pre-decision communications from the Japanese National Police Agency (NPA) and the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) in response to information disclosure requests, alongside a public corporate release from NTT DOCOMO. Personal names and specific dates within individual career entries have been strictly redacted to prevent identification, while fully preserving the institutional structural links and procedural timelines analyzed in the working paper.
