Additional file 1 of Generalized 3D fragmentation index derived from lidar point clouds

Code for full reproducibility. This is a snapshot of the repository [58] provided for full reproducibility as a 7z archive file. It contains a Dockerfile, so by using Docker it can be turned into runtime environment for processing the data and creating the figures and plots. The detailed instructions are in the readme file.
