Analysis of single-cell CRISPR perturbations indicates that enhancers predominantly act multiplicatively

This repository contains simulated data generated with GLiMMIRS-sim that was analyzed and presented in Zhou & Guyuvayurappan et al, as well as data pertaining to the NMU RT-qPCR experiment described in the manuscript.
