Bible and digital humanities: III. Encoding Manuscripts in TEI/XML and HTML

Dataset of the third module of the Opencourseware "Bible and digital humanities" of the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), created thanks to a 2023 grant from the “équipe Université numérique”, UCLouvain. This module presents an introduction to manuscript encoding using the TEI/XML standard and HTML for online viewing. It is not a practical encoding course but rather a guide to understanding what encoding is, how it is done and why it is done.
