Escherichia coli strain:ST410 | isolate:Es_ST410_NW1_NDM_09_2017 Genome sequencing

Inc L/M NDM plasmids are currently relatively rare, yet we have observed a number (in multiple bacterial genera) of late. This project involved sequencing a number of isolates with Inc L/M NDM plasmids using both minION and Illumina platforms to accurately determine the plasmid sequences and assess any potential transmission between organisms. The project included both epidemiologically related and unrelated isolates.
