We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the different immune cell populations present in atheromatous plaques of mice fed an atherogenic diet with or without CHIP mutations Overall design: CD45.1 or CD45.2 immune cells were sorted from atheromas before scRNAseq was performed. There is a 30 week cohort and a 24 week cohort, and for each timepoint we have WT, Dnmt3a KO, and Tet2 KO cells
