Active LTK receptor binds PI3K

The regulatory p85 subunit of PI3 kinase binds to phosphorylated tyrosine 753 in the intracellular domain of the LTK receptor and recruits the catalytic subunit (shown in one step in this reaction). PI3K signaling contributes to cell survival, possibly through the phosphorylation of S473 of AKT (Ueno et al, 1997; Yamada et al, 2008).

PI3激酶的调控亚基p85与LTK受体细胞内域中磷酸化的酪氨酸753结合，并募集催化亚基（如图所示反应中的一步）。PI3K信号传导参与细胞存活，可能通过AKT的S473位点的磷酸化实现（Ueno等人，1997年；Yamada等人，2008年）。
